Refund & Cancellation Policy

At PTE Exam Booking, a brand of McCarthy AI Private Limited, we strive to ensure a seamless transaction process. Please review our specific rules regarding refunds, cancellations, and exam rescheduling carefully.

1. Refund Eligibility & Conditions

Standard Vouchers & Exam Cancellations: Eligible for an unconditional refund if the request is placed within 24 hours of purchase or booking. The reason for cancellation can be anything.
Processing Deductions: A standard 30% Processing Fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Transaction Fees: Any convenience or payment gateway transaction fees paid during the booking are strictly non-refundable.

2. Processing Timeline

Upon approval of a valid refund request, the refunded amount (minus the processing fee and non-refundable convenience charges) will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 working days.

3. Exam Cancellation & Rescheduling Rules

All exam bookings made via our platform are ultimately governed by the official guidelines established by the Pearson Test of English (PTE).

Voucher-based Bookings: Cancellation is entirely not permitted once the voucher has been applied or utilized to book an exam slot.
Exam Rescheduling: Rescheduling an exam is only applicable if there are at least 14 days pending prior to the originally scheduled exam date. Rescheduling is strictly subject to the terms and conditions of Pearson. We do not hold any responsibility for rescheduling functionality or limitations.

Important Notice: The account profile on the Pearson website must match exactly with your Passport. We are not responsible for any errors or refusal of entry due to document mismatches.
